Seedling Bralette Crochet Pattern
This is a Digital PDF Pattern with detailed instructions on how to create this bralette.
Designer and Location: This bralette was designed by Elizabeth Gonsalves (Lizzy @baecrochett) in Trinidad and Tobago, a sunny tropical island in the Caribbean. My work is inspired by nature & my surroundings here in Trinidad!
Made to Measure: This is a made to measure pattern meaning that it uses your exact measurements to achieve your desired custom fit. If you prefer extra coverage, you have the choice to add on more rows to achieve this!
Pattern Structure: You will work the cups, straps, bottom panel and 2 back panels. You will attach everything together in this order with the option of adding beads of your choice at the end. (optional)
Yarn Recommendations: This pattern suggests using either weight 2 (fine) or weight 1 (fingering weight) COTTON yarn. This choice allows for a light weight and drapey bralette. Ultimately, you can use any yarn size, but keep in mind that your finished work may look different from the pattern photos. Cotton or any soft yarn with a nice drape is recommended for this project.
Yarn Used: Weight 2 fine 100% cotton yarn. Yarn Art BEGONIA color 4105 from Hobium Yarns (check out their Instagram). Approximately 100 - 800 grams (XS - 3XL).
Preparation: I recommend reading through the entire pattern before starting to become familiar with the process.
Gauge: This gauge swatch is here to guide you. However it is not necessary since this is a made to measure pattern using your unique measurements. I understand that everyone has their preferred tension while crocheting. And that’s ok! Feel free to use any yarn with the recommended hook size.
