Respect the Chest Eyes ! 🌰🌰 yes I’m talking about nipples ! Breasts have been long objectified, hyper-sexualized, & shunned rather than being respected & understood. I highlight the nipples in my latest peplum top design with flowers 🌸 The breasts are such beautiful feminine features that deserve to be respected in all wholeness. Just because I show cleavage / bring attention to the nipples DOES NOT mean I am asking for it in any way. While I would love for the world to be a happy place where I could be free to be myself & not be sexualized for what I wear.. this is simply not the case at times. I would LOVE to wear this everywhere !!! It’s my favorite piece of clothing at the moment ! However I am still bombarded with the fear from unwanted attention from men. This is a battle that goes on in my mind quite often. And I wonder if I should just cover myself up so I wouldn’t have to deal with it. Why is it that men can’t control themselves? Why do I feel the need to cover myself up because they can’t control themselves? We need to teach our sons to respect women & their choices of clothing. While I do see things changing for the better & more women are owning what they want to wear. I still see space for improvement! I am not a mother but I do hope to be one some day & I sure as hell will teach my sons to respect women!💪🏼 What are your thoughts on this matter? Do you think there’s room for improvement? What’s your most favorite part about creating ? 🙈 Mine is the process ! It’s when I spend the most time by myself & completely immersed in what I’m creating.
